The 25th release from Dramfool is an Islay Single Malt.

Cola Ali was distilled at a famous lslay distillery overlooking The Paps of Jura. It consistently produces high quality spirit and is a favourite amongst aficionados of Islay whisky and finished in a 1st fill Oloroso Sherry Hogshead.

Bottled un-chilled filtered at 58.1% it yielded 160 bottles 

Tasting Notes

Nose neat: TCP, toffee, coffee, prunes, figs, Germolene, Elastoplast, Menthol and liquorice. Quite herbal.

Taste neat: Coal Tar Soap, peat smoke, Germolene, chocolate, Camp Coffee, soot, treacle toffee and liquorice.

Nose diluted: Chocolate, coffee, Germolene and peat smoke. Herbal note has changed to tomatoes on the vine.

Taste diluted: Very fruity with plums, dark chocolate, coffee, Germolene, Coal Tar Soap, tarry ropes, sea salt, seaweed. Very sweet and slightly fizzy on the tongue.
