The 17th release from Dramfool is a 10 year old Islay Single Malt.
Bourbon-matured for 8 years and then transferred to a fresh Oloroso Sherry Hogshead to mature for a further 2 years. Half the cask was bottled last year at 9 years old and the remainder has just been bottled this year at 10 years old. Giving an interesting comparison of how another year maturing in an Oloroso cask influenced the whisky.
The whisky was bottled un-chill-filtered at cask strength of 57.5% and yielded 175 bottles.
