Girvan, 11 years old

The 21st release from Dramfool is an 11 year old Girvan single grain whisky bottled un-chill-filtered at cask strength of 64.4%, with an outturn of 64 bottles. The whisky is a portion of Dramfool Girvan 20th release removed from the bourbon cask at 10 years old and transferred into a sherry octave previously used to mature our Avian Gull Too. This has imparted some delicate sherry and Islay whisky notes onto the grain whisky.
