Dramfool Beer Release #2

Dramfool is delighted to bring you our second foray into the world of beer in collaboration with our friends at Cross Borders Brewing Company from Dalkeith, Edinburgh.

Based on Cross Borders’ Wee Heavy, a traditional Scottish style of ale, they brewed it a little stronger to 7.4% and cask-aged for over three months in casks previously holding Dramfool whisky. We have included the un-aged beer from the same brewing, so you can taste the influence each cask has against the original beer.

Beer Set contains 4 x 330ml bottles as follows;

Wee Heavy (un-aged), Wee Heavy ex Glenmarvellous #2, Wee Heavy ex Lochindaal 12 and Wee Heavy ex JE2 Port Charlotte 18.
