Derek & Fiona from The Artisan in Wishaw (check it out!!! https://artisan-restaurant.com/) on the request of Dramfool. Long fans of their Octomore BBQ sauce, we thought let’s mess with a tried and tested classic and mix it up with some Lochindaal. Only 500 casks ever filled, and now 150 sauce bottles. A first time using Lochindaal, it is a really delicious result, gets our stamp of approval!
